Lantis G. Roberts
Former U.S. Department of Labor Investigator
Lantis G. Roberts understands the perspective of employees when interacting with employers. Having been an employee for several years in both the private and federal government sectors, I know first hand that employees can face challenges that may hinder their ability to stand up for their legally entitled employment rights.
Those experiences fueled my desire to practice law as a Labor & Employment Attorney. I am committed to help employees protect their rights against employers. I recognize that employers do not always act with bad intent, but the employer’s lack of understanding of the law may cause harm to the employee.
My mission is to get justice for the employee and ensure that the employer learns from this experience.
I spent many years as an Investigator for the U.S. Department of Labor where I was fortunate enough to protect the rights and benefits of many employees who were wronged by their employer.
The majority of my practice is representation of employees to Fight against the employer; Fight against the Government on Civil Rights Violations; Fight against insurance companies on Personal Injury matters; and I represent employers to Defend them against investigations conducted by the U. S. Department of Labor. Our goal is to Recover what my clients are legally entitled to.
